In my free time I watched a guide by Guildhall University about composing film score using Logic. During the presentation I learnt a lot of important and helpful tips like adding reverb to sound to make a more big, grand noise in a big and grand environment. I am most likely going to implement this in my documentary project on Logic when the bird is falling off the cliff.

Today with Barnabas we both discussed efficient ways of using Logic. A technique I found highly informative is bookmarking bit in the timeline. Doing this makes adding effects and sound for a scene much more quick as you don't have to tediously find the point in the timeline you want to edit or add to.

As a result from my previous time with Barn I feel a lot more less tense and confident with Logic. I feel more relaxed because of Barns open ended lesson with me. Today in college I was far more productive with the project and added a lot of instrumentation something I felt very uncomfortable with doing before.

Today I was highly productive and wrote a lot of information regarding film and music on my Research and Evaluation page. I discussed the importance of song choice for film and how to utilise it to its full potential. I believe I have demonstrated good overall understanding for Task 1.

I wasn't able to achieve any through use out of Logic at home due to lack of any appropriate plugins so today I formally requested for I-T specialist Nick to approve installation of said plugins so I can be more productive in the home setting.

I have finished Project 2 today and I am now planning ideas for the FMP. I have been toying around with poetry in similar vein to John Cooper Clarke and hope to accomplish a performance for people to see.
